Turkey Tenders
- 1 lb. turkey breast or fillets
- 2 tbsp yellow mustard
- ¾ cup panko bread crumbs
- 1 tsp each salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder
- ¼ tsp cayenne
Dipping Sauce
- 2 tbsp each honey, honey Dijon and mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp yellow mustard
- 1 tsp cider vinegar
- ¼ tsp cayenne
Method
- Cut turkey into approximately 1” or 2cm chunks and put into a large zip-top bag.
- Add yellow mustard to the bag. Close the top and mix to coat the turkey.
- In a small bowl whisk together panko and seasonings.
- Add panko mixture to the bag and mix to coat turkey.
- Preheat airfryer to 200°C. Put turkey tenders into airfryer (only one layer). Spray with canola oil for a crispier crust (optional).
- Fry for 10-12 minutes, or until an internal temperature of 165°F is reached. Turn halfway through cooking time.
- While turkey is cooking whisk together the ingredients for the dipping sauce.
- When done cooking, enjoy turkey bites with dip.
Tips
To make in the oven, heat oven to 400°F and bake turkey bites on a sheet pan for approximately 15-18 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165° F. Halfway through cooking, turn turkey bites.
