Prepare baking sheets by greasing them or by lining them with parchment paper.
In blender, combine white beans and eggs. Puree until smooth and creamy.
In medium bowl combine flour, oats, baking soda, cinnamon and salt in medium bowl. Stir to combine.
In large mixing bowl, cream butter and sugars until well combined, about 5 minutes. Add bean mixture and vanilla to butter-sugar mixture. Mix thoroughly.
Add flour mixture to creamed mixture in 2-3 addition. Mix just until all flour is combined. Add chocolate chips and stir until blended.
Drop cookie dough by rounded teaspoons onto cookie sheets.
