This Sesame Soy Dipping Sauce perfectly complements potstickers, spring rolls, grilled meats or roasted vegetables. Fresh ginger, green onion, and a pinch of hot pepper flakes add brightness and a gentle heat.
Ingredients
3 Tbsp (45 mL) reduced-sodium soy sauce
1 Tbsp (15 mL) rice vinegar
1 Tbsp (15 mL) canola oil
1 tsp (5 mL) sesame oil
2 Tbsp (30 mL) honey
1 Tbsp (15 mL) grated fresh ginger
1 green onion, chopped
1/8 tsp (0.5 mL) hot pepper flakes
1 tsp (5 mL) sesame seeds
Method
In a small bowl, combine all ingredients to blend thoroughly.
Serve and enjoy. Store leftovers in refrigerator for up to 5 days.
