White Bean Puree

Ingredients

  • 1 cup white beans (use canned or cooked navy, great northern or cannellini beans)
  • ¼ cup water

Method

  1. Combine beans and water in blender or food processor and purée until smooth, scraping sides as needed. Use 1 cup of beans with ¼ cup water. 
  2. Add to Blueberry Bean Lemon Loaf or freeze extras to thicken soups or add to mashed potatoes.
