- 1 cup white beans (use canned or cooked navy, great northern or cannellini beans)
- ¼ cup water
Method
- Combine beans and water in blender or food processor and purée until smooth, scraping sides as needed. Use 1 cup of beans with ¼ cup water.
- Add to Blueberry Bean Lemon Loaf or freeze extras to thicken soups or add to mashed potatoes.
