- 1/4 Butterball Extra Lean Turkey Ham, sliced thin
- 4 submarine buns
- 1 cup (250 mL) fresh pineapple, diced small
- 2.5 tbsp (40 mL) honey dill sauce
- 1/4 cup (60 mL) mustard
- 8 slices Swiss cheese
Method
- Thinly slice turkey ham and set aside.
- Mix together fresh pineapple and honey dill sauce.
- Cut the submarine bun in half and spread mustard on both sides. Add cheese to both sides. Add honey pineapple mixture to top half of bun and turkey ham to bottom half of bun.
- Press together and toast in a panini press until the cheese melts. Serve hot.
