Ingredients
Ingredients
- 2 cups (400 g) diced Butterball Boneless Turkey Breast Roast, cooked
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 3 green onions, diced
- 1 cup (235 ml) frozen corn
- 1 19oz (540 ml) can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1/2 cup (120 ml) salsa
- 1 tbsp (15 ml) chili powder
- 1 tsp (5 ml) cumin
- 1/2 tsp (2.5 ml) garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp (2.5 ml) salt
- 3 cups (250 g) cheddar cheese, shredded
- 8 large flour tortillas
Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a medium size mixing bowl, combine all ingredients except cheese and tortillas.
- Divide filling evenly among 8 tortillas.
- Sprinkle cheese over filling.
- Roll burritos by folding the sides in then rolling the tortilla from bottom to top ensuing to tuck in the filling. Place rolled burritos onto a baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until heated through and cheese is melted.
- Serve hot.
