1 can (19 oz/540 mL) black beans, drained and rinsed
½ cup (125 mL) salsa sauce
1 Tbsp (15 mL) chili powder
1 tsp (5 mL) cumin
½ tsp (2 mL) garlic powder
½ tsp (2 mL) salt
3 cups (750 mL) shredded cheddar cheese
8 large flour tortillas
Method
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In medium bowl, combine all ingredients except cheese and tortillas.
Divide filling evenly among 8 tortillas.
Sprinkle cheese over filling.
Roll into burritos by folding the sides in then rolling the tortilla from bottom to top ensuing to tuck in the filling. Place rolled burritos onto a baking sheet.
Bake for 15-20 minutes or until heated through and cheese is melted.
