In a medium-sized mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, cottage cheese, and taco seasoning with an electric mixer until smooth. Spread this mixture into a 9-inch (or a little larger) round serving dish.
Layer salsa, cheese, then tomato. Garnish with green onion and black olives.
Refrigerate and serve chilled with tortilla chips.
