Cucumber & Tomato Side Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 cup chopped Roma tomato (250 mL)
  • 1 cup chopped cucumber (250 mL)
  • 1 Tbsp diced red onion (15 mL)
  • 2 tsp lemon juice (10 mL)
  • 1 tsp canola oil (5 mL)
  • 1/8 tsp salt (0.5 mL)

Method

  1. Combine ingredients in a small serving bowl.
  2. Serve alongside Moong Daal and Scented Basmati Rice.
