- 1 cup chopped Roma tomato (250 mL)
- 1 cup chopped cucumber (250 mL)
- 1 Tbsp diced red onion (15 mL)
- 2 tsp lemon juice (10 mL)
- 1 tsp canola oil (5 mL)
- 1/8 tsp salt (0.5 mL)
Method
- Combine ingredients in a small serving bowl.
