Turkey Cranberry Upside-Down Cake

Ingredients
- 1/2 lb (250 g) fresh mushrooms (white and/or crimini)
- 1 lb (500 g) lean ground beef
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) bread crumbs
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 1 tsp (5 mL) Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp (2 mL) garlic salt
- Freshly ground pepper
Directions
- In food processor fitted with metal blade, pulse mushrooms until finely chopped.
- In large bowl place mushrooms, ground beef, bread crumbs, egg, Italian seasoning, garlic salt and pepper. Mix well.
