Let’s Get it Started with Dairy

Sweet Potato Soup with Lime, serve with: Tropical King – 2 oz Kings Ginger Liqueur, 2 oz lychee juice, dash of Angostura Bitters shaken with ice, strained into a martini glass, add a maraschino cherry to garnish.

Warm Artichoke & Parmesan Dip, serve with: Diamond Jubilee Fizz Cocktail – blend of Louis XIII Cognac, raspberry liqueur and rose essence, topped up with Louis Roederer Cristal Champagne. In addition to the expensive drink ingredients, the drink comes with a Leviev diamond. The £10,000 cocktail was available from the Amaranto Bar at the Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane, for the month of June to celebrate the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee. If serving at home, the diamond is optional!

White Pizza, serve with: Russian Princess – 1 oz Russian Standard Vodka, 1 oz white grape juice, 2 oz lemon lime soda stir with ice and strain into a cocktail glass with some ice cubes and then slowly pour some red wine to float on top.
