Dip to the Cottage

- 1 cup (250 mL) cottage cheese, creamed
- 1 tsp (5 mL) garlic powder
- 1 Tbsp (15 mL) green onion, chopped
- 1 tsp (5 mL) dried parsley
- 1 Tbsp (15 mL) canola oil
- 1 Tbsp (15 mL) lemon juice
- 1/8 tsp (0.5 mL) salt and pepper
- Using a food processor or blender, cream cottage cheese until texture is smooth.
- Combine ingredients and mix well. For best results refrigerate for 2 hours before serving.
Will last in the refrigerator for 5 days.
