Dip to the Cottage

Ingredients

  • 1 cup (250 mL) cottage cheese, creamed
  • 1 tsp (5 mL) garlic powder
  • 1 Tbsp (15 mL) green onion, chopped
  • 1 tsp (5 mL) dried parsley
  • 1 Tbsp (15 mL) canola oil
  • 1 Tbsp (15 mL) lemon juice
  • 1/8 tsp (0.5 mL) salt and pepper

Directions

  1. Using a food processor or blender, cream cottage cheese until texture is smooth.
  2. Combine ingredients and mix well. For best results refrigerate for 2 hours before serving.

Tips:

Will last in the refrigerator for 5 days.
