Caesar Salad Dressing

Ingredients – Makes 1 cup dressing

  • ½ cup (125 mL) sour cre­am
  • ½ cup (125 mL) plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp (5 mL) Dijon must­ard
  • 1-2 tsp (5-10 mL) minced garlic (or 1.5 tsp garlic powder)
  • 1 tsp (5 mL) Worcestershire sa­uce
  • 2 Tbsp (30 mL) Canadian Parmesan cheese
  • 1 Tbsp ( 15 mL) lemon juice
  • ½ tsp (2 mL) sugar
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions

  1. Combine all of the ingredients.
  2. For best flavour let the dressing rest in the fridge for at least an hour, however this dressing can be served immediately. Dressing will keep in the fridge up to 7 days.
