- 2 cups (500 mL) whipping cream
- 2 cups (500 mL) 10% half-and-half cream
- 2 cans (300 mL/EACH) sweetened condensed milk
- 2 tsp (10 mL) espresso instant coffee
- 4 Tbsp (60 mL) chocolate syrup
- 2 tsp (10 mL) vanilla extract
- 2 tsp (10 mL) almond extract
- 2 cups (500 mL) Irish Whiskey
Method
- In a large bowl, beat whipping cream on high speed until medium to stiff peaks form, about 1 minute.
- In a separate large bowl, add all remaining ingredients. Whisk until combined.
- Fold whipped cream into the remaining ingredient mixture.
Tips
Store up to 7 days in the refrigerator in a sealed container or jar. Shake well before serving. Add to your coffee or enjoy it on ice.
