Ingredients

  • 1 – 19 oz (540 mL) can black or navy beans* rinsed and drained
  • 1/2 cup (125 mL) fat-free ranch dressing
  • 1/2 tsp (2 mL) cumin**
  • 2 garlic cloves

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients into food processor or blender. Blend to desired consistency.

* For lentil dip, use lentils instead of beans

**For lentil dip, use 1 tsp (5 mL) curry powder instead of cumin
