Butterscotch Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cups (300 mL) dark brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup (125 mL) unsalted butter
  • 1/2 cup (125 mL) whipping cream

Method

  1. In small sauce pot, over medium heat, stir brown sugar and butter until butter melts.
  2. Whisk in cream and stir until sugar dissolves and sauce is smooth.
