- 1 1/4 cups (300 mL) dark brown sugar
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) whipping cream
Method
- In small sauce pot, over medium heat, stir brown sugar and butter until butter melts.
- Whisk in cream and stir until sugar dissolves and sauce is smooth.
